Villa Pontebello was totally rebuilt in 1969 and, in 1980, it was completed together with all the outbuildings and the swimming-pool. The owners made a long and accurate search for resistant and long lasting materials, suitable to the property and, at the same time, respectful of the old building traditions from Tuscany.
The Villa is a two storey property:
Ground floor: entrance with hall, liberty style bathroom with shower, emergency exit door on the back, main living-room (about 85 sqm, table for 12, big fireplace with TV corner, door with stairs leading to a tavern; big kitchen with table for 6, exit door and outdoor tiled space for dining outside (table for 6).
First floor: three classic, romantic bedrooms, all with great view: the manor house master bedroom has access to a balcony with view from 2 different sides of the villa. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.
Magnificent terrace with view and table for 6, perfect to have meals outside (shadowed area).
On the lower floor there is a Tuscan style tavern with ancient stone sink, room with equipment for the swimming-pool, cellar where the master painter used to paint, laundry and ironing room.
Outside, you can go for wonderful walks along white streets and fields, listening to the singing of birds and smelling fruit trees.
The property has lights all around and it is safe and romantic at the same time.
